The build 13915 has been deployed on beta servers last night and we have some nice spell and talent enhancements (again).
- Regrowth can now activate Nature's Grace.- Healing Touch can now refresh Lifebloom via the Empowered Touch talent.
These changes answer some of our concerns especially the Healing Touch one. You were usually in situations in which you needed to spam Healing Touch but also refresh Lifebloom. And in that kind of situation, one GCD could be vital. But the two talents are currently bugged and not functional. Even the Nourish part of Empowered Touch does not work properly.
I also noticed another major change. This is probably one of the best improvement since Efflorescence. Wild Growth now has a 30 yards radius.
It helps a lot with positioning and completely remove the possible waste by hitting 1 or 2 targets only. But on the other hand, you cannot really control it by targetting special areas you want to focus. This side effect is not very important and quite negligible.
