Let's explain the two different ways to heal on Valithria :
Outside
Basically when you have to stay outside you have to keep tank alive. Keep hots up on them and patch heal with Nourish and Swiftmend. When a Flaming Skeleton spawns, start rolling hots on the raid and when the aoe damage starts, use Wild Growth and keep spamming Rejuvenation. Besides this situation, you will mainly have to use Wild Growth on melee when mobs explodes.
You might also keep Regrowth and Rejuvenation up 100% of the time on Valithria to help rescuing her. When you are comfortable on this fight you will spend most of your time spamming Nourish on Valithria as the raid doesn't that much healing. You can easily end up with 10k HPS with 75%+ healing on Valithria.
Inside
The inside part is a bit more tricky for a druid.
First you have to know what are our most powerful spell in the right order : Rejuvenation, Regrowth, Lifebloom, Nourish and Swiftmend, Healing Touch.
If you only want to be sufficient on the boss you don't really have to change your spec and your glyphs, but if you want to give the best of your class, here is what you should do :
- drop your 4T10 and go for a max haste gear
In this way to do the fight you will permanently focus your heals on Valithria. When you start the fight and when you go back from inside you have to :
- cast Rejuvenation first (usually when falling after phase switch)
- then Regrowth
- then 3 Lifebloom
- then Nourish
At this time you are spamming Nourish, but you have to follow a precise list of priority from now :
- Refresh Lifebloom before it fades
- Refresh Rejuvenation
- Refresh Regrowth
- cast Nourish
If you do that correctly with a limited amount of mistakes you will easily be around 20k HPS at the end of the fight.
