On this boss you will be able to do what you have been taught to : raid healing.
You have to use the typical 5x1 rotation but with a bit of intelligence. This rotation works well especially with the Haste cap and no lag. It means you cast 5 Rejuvenation in a row and then a Wild Growth. By doing this all the time you will optimize your raid healing.
I said "with a bit of intelligence" because in most case your Rejuvenation and Wild Growth must have precise targets. In most guild you will have assignation to group. With Glyph of Rapid Rejuvenation you can cover up to 12 targets so roughly 2 groups. Wild Growth could look more efficient on melee but if you find the right target, you will be able to cover casters too. Locate the one in the middle of the others and always use your Wild Growth on him/her.
In 10 man you can cover everyone. You can help a bit more on tank by casting Regrowth and Nourish on them. You will also have to patch heal linked players with Nourish, Regrowth and Swiftmend.
In 25 man, besides these 10 units you have to cover, you will need to throw Rejuvenation on : tanks, linked players, players afflicted by Swarming shadows. If a melee is linked with Pact of the Darkfallen and your Wild Growth is about to be up, use it on the melee targeted.
Try to keep your Swiftmend for tanks or players afflicted by the Swarming shadows. During the Bloodbolt Whirl is phase 2, remember to use your Barkskin and/or your Healthstone. I strongly recommend you to patch heal with a cast sequence of multiple Regrowth as it helps to top up players as well as giving them hots to start a new phase 1 in good conditions.
