Marrowgar is a 2-phases boss. In phase 1 he hits both the main and off tanks, cleaving at a regular rate. In phase 2 he whirlwinds the raid doing heavy raid damages.
The typical strategy places everyone in melee. Keep your 3 hots (3x Lifebloom, Rejuvenation and Regrowth) on both tank and patch heal with Nourish. Do not hesitate to cast Nourish even if the tanks are already full HP, it helps by buffing them with Living Seed if you happen to critically heal. If the raid dps is low, you can let Lifebloom fade and receive mana.
Place the boss in focus target before the pull. When you see him casting his Spike, be ready to throw a Wild Growth at the end of the cast. The targets of his Spikes will instantly take damages and will be priority targets for your Wild Growth. Throw a Rejuvenation on all spiked unit and patch heal with Nourish if needed.
Roughly 7 seconds before phase 2 starts, throw Rejuvenation on the raid and when the last Spikes are gone start to spread. At the end of his Bone Storm cast, throw a Wild Growth on the raid.
During phase 2 keep spamming Rejuvenation and Wild Growth at an intensive rate. When someone get impale, be ready to throw a Swiftmend and/or cast a Regrowth on him. You can also cast a single Lifebloom before getting back to Rejuvenation spam. If the boss comes on you, don't forget to use your Barkskin while moving.
At the end of the phase 2, no one may take additional damages so be quick at hotting tanks again while moving in melee.
