Healing on Saurfang becomes harder as the fight progress.

Place the boss in focus and check the Focus target to monitor tank switch. Keep your hots on the main tank and throw hots on the off tank before tank switch (when the debuff is about to fade on the off tank).

Use hot on players affected by Boiling Blood and patch heal those hit by Bloodnova. Keep monitoring your Focus to see the boss runic power situation. The more he has, the more damages there are.

Intensify your healing with Regrowth on people affected by Boiling Blood and patch heal with Nourish. When a Mark spawn, Regrowth and Rejuvenation the player targeted. As Saurfang's runic power growths, start using Lifebloom on the Marked player.

Basically, after 50% runic power and especially when the boss is under 30% you must definitely intensify your healing with Regrowth, Nourish and Lifebloom on tank and Marked targets.

In 10 man you should focus a bit more on tanks than on 25.
