The incoming build seems to fix numbers more than adding fresh stuff. The changes are :
> Efflorescence now heals all nearby friendly targets within 8 yards by
20/40/60%, down from 40/80/120%.
> Malfurion's Gift now has a 2/4% chance to proc, down from 3/6%.
> Fury of Stormrage now has a 6/12% chance to proc, down from 15/30%.
After the previous build, I really thought we had been made quite overpowered and I believed we would be nerfed at some point. Why? Because if you had looked closely at our spells, you could have seen the huge gap of efficiency (in term of cast time/cd VS mana cost VS healing) between Swiftmend and all our other spells. In fact, we can say this reduction was needed.
Efflorescence heals now for 60% the amount healed by Swiftmend and this is still quite a good thing. You can no longer count on it to top up damaged people without throwing a Wild Growth but the combination of both spell is still very powerful.
Malfurion's Gift nerf won't be too damaging in my opinion. We will still spec into it to get additionnal clearcasting proc from Omen of Clarity. I won't comment on Fury of the Stormrage because it won't affect us too much in pve but mostly in pvp.
We are still looking for improvements regarding spells synergy, Nourish viability and Nature's Grace talent.
We now know that Cataclysm will most likely be released December 7th.
