With the latest build, our template changed again. We have a new 2 point talent in tier 4 in the Resto tree : Malfurion's Gift. It gives us a 6% clearcasting proc chance on Lifebloom heals. Having tested it, it's a huge advantage but it needs 2 points in Fury of the Stormrage to be available.
So, to get this new talent you have to spend 2 points in an almost useless improvement. Is it worth it? Definitely yes.
I also dropped Efflorescence since I don't find it really usefull in 5man. I'm currently running a 10/0/31 and I'm pretty happy with it.
After the change of Nature's Grace for a raw value of 3%, we have a new mechanism : Nature's Torment. It looks like the WotLK paladin Jugement of the Pure. It gives 15% haste when you cast a Moonfire or an Insect Swarm, has 1min CD and 15s duration.
Moreover Clearcasting procs from Omen of Clarity are no longer consumed when you cast hots. In dungeon you mostly spam Nourish so 2/3 of your ooc proc are consumed by Nourish, which is not a really efficient way to use them. However you can sometimes manage proc and use them with Healing Touch or Regrowth, improving a lot your healing without spending too much mana.
However, the 2 useless points and the way Nature's Torment works is not really engaging. You also have to chose between Efflorescence and raw values in Moonglow and Genesis.
