On this fight, melee and range dps will have to switch from one to another Blood Prince as they share the same switching health.
Regardless on which Prince are the "HPs", you must keep hots on all tanks as much as possible. I know that the "out of range" issue is really annoying on this fight but you have to find a good position, especially when Valanar is empowered.
On the pull, Valanar has the HPs. Before his vortex, throw Rejuvenation on melee as they are the most sensible to damages. Before they spread, use Wild Growth. Patch heal wherever it's needed with Rejuvenation and Nourish. Some small damages will be taken everywhere and you can cover them easily with Wild Growth and Rejuvenation. But don't abuse spamming hots on the raid and keep focusing the tanks. You can track stacked debuff on your Grid to use Rejuvenation especially on highly debuffed people but it might be an overload of information.
When Taladram is empowered, take a good position but far enough from the boss as the Big fire orb might target you. Throw a Rejuvenation on the Fire orb target and when it's about to be reach, use Wild Growth on it. Keep covering small damages and patch heal with Nourish when needed.
When Keleseth is empowered it's free time. Keep covering small damage and prepare to spread if Valanar is next.
In 10 man you should focus more on tank rolling a lot of Lifebloom and rely more on Wild Growth when it comes to raid healing. In 25 man keep hots on tank including Lifebloom and patch heal when really needed. Use your Swiftmend and Instant with care and especially on tanks, they will need it the most.
